Preserve and Protect
Digitization safeguards your data and media against loss, damage, and aging. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your data is secure and preserved in a format that stands the test of time.
How does the scanning process work?
We carefully handle each document, blueprint, photo, negative, and art piece, scanning them at high resolution to ensure the best possible digital reproduction. Our team uses the best equipment to preserve every detail.
What formats do you provide for digitized photos?
We offer a variety of digital formats, including JPEG, PNG, and TIFF, to suit your needs. You can choose the format that best fits your storage and sharing preferences.
Can you restore damaged photos?
Yes, our photo restoration service can repair faded colors, remove scratches, and fix other types of damage to bring your photos back to life. We can offer a consultation regarding restoration.
Which produces better photos? Scanning the photos or negatives?
We can scan both but the negatives will always produce better qualities than the scanned photo. Photos over time can fade, have scratches, discoloration, fingerprints, smudges, etc. This is why digitizing a photo from a negative will produce a higher quality digital image.
How long does the digitization process take?
The time required depends on the number of photos and the services requested. Typically, individual scans are completed within a few days, while larger projects may take longer.
Can you scan large or oversized items?
Absolutely. We specialize in large-format scanning and can scan an oversized item of any size. That includes blueprints, maps, posters, fabric, and large artwork.
Are my materials safe?
Yes. We take great care in handling every item—whether it’s a single photo or a box of documents or valuable artwork. All scanning is done in-house by trained professionals, and we return everything in the condition it was received. We are a HIPPA compliant facility.
Can you organize or label my files?
Yes! As an additional service we can organize scans into folders and name files based on dates, categories, or other custom labels. Let us know your preferences during the intake process. We can also set your documents up on a document management system. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.
